1. Description of the Service

Finance Fantasy is a personal finance app that lets you manually log income and expense transactions, categorize them, and track your estimated monthly savings, wrapped in a pixel-art style with gamification features (levels, streaks, achievements, and rewards) to make budgeting more engaging.

2. Not Financial Advice

Finance Fantasy is a personal budgeting tool only. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Any calculations, projections, or savings estimates shown in the App are based solely on the data you manually enter and are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

3. Accuracy of Information

All transaction data is entered manually by you. We do not verify the accuracy of the information you provide, and the App's calculations are only as accurate as the data you enter. We are not responsible for decisions made based on inaccurate or incomplete data.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Subscriptions

• Finance Fantasy may offer optional auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock premium features, processed through RevenueCat and billed via the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Prices are subject to change; we will provide notice as required by the applicable app store's policies.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their own refund policies — we do not process refunds directly.

6. Gamification Features

Levels, streaks, achievements, and rewards within the App have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and exist solely to enhance your in-app experience.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the App
• Misuse the App in a way that could harm us or other users

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, pixel-art assets, logos, and code, is owned by Viviana Andrango and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including financial losses resulting from decisions made using the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country or state of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where otherwise required by local law.

13. Apple App Store Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply, and in the event of a conflict, take precedence over the sections above:

• This Agreement is between you and Viviana Andrango only, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
• The license granted to you is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store's Usage Rules.
• We, not Apple, are solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for the App, to the extent required by applicable law. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services.
• In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App to you, if applicable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be our sole responsibility.
• We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
• In the event of any third-party claim that the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
• You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• You must comply with any applicable third-party terms (for example, your wireless data service agreement) when using the App.
• Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple has the right to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
